Refund policy
Unfortunately, due to the personal nature of the product, we are not able to accept returns or offer refunds. It is important that you are happy with the look of your print before we cast it - if you are unsure, please send us a picture and we will advise you accordingly. If you send a print that we deem to be unusable, we will contact you before casting it. In this case, we can offer you the option to try again with a new wax ball, free of charge, but we will need to charge for the courier fees.
Should the product or chain break, please contact us at hello@rohoheritage.com and we will assess the item and see what we can do to help.
ROHO Heritage jewellery is made by hand, each piece is individual and therefore slight alterations from the images shown on the website may occur.
We advise you to measure the length of the chain you would like before placing your order, as chains will not be exchanged for change of mind. Place a 40cm and 45 cm piece of string around your neck to determine which length you prefer..
