We provide safe & reliable door to door delivery anywhere in South Africa.
Please note, all our items are custom made and manufactured on order. As soon as you place an order, the kit will be sent the next working day and it should be with you within 2 to 3 working days. When we receive the completed kit back from you, we begin work on your jewellery. As each piece is handmade, please allow 20 to 30 working days lead time for delivery of your finished product.

If there are any changes to your delivery address during the process, or, in the case of a gift, the final product must go to a different address, please contact us to let us know in good time.
As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive a tracking number for your parcel.
If your order is more urgent then please email us to discuss alternative options.

We do not operate on public holidays, and these are excluded from our lead times.
