What this is
A silicone mould is made from your finished fingerprint jewellery piece.
It securely preserves the exact impression, allowing us to recreate the same piece or a new piece again in the future if needed.

Your fingerprint jewellery holds real emotional value. Life happens and jewellery can be lost, stolen, or damaged. With a mould safely stored, the memory captured in your piece is never gone.
It means your keepsake can always be remade.
How it works
After your fingerprint jewellery is completed:
- We create a precision silicone mould from your finished impression.
- The mould is safely archived in our studio.
- If you ever need a replacement or want to create another piece with the same print, we can remake it without needing new impressions.
No need to capture fingerprints again.

Shipping is a flat R120.00 and that includes delivery of the kit, return back to our studio, and delivery of the final product back to you.
Unfortunately, due to the personalised nature of the product, we are not able to accept returns. This is why it is so important that you are happy with the look of your print before we cast it. We are very happy to advise you if you are unsure - send us a picture and we will happily help. If you do send a print that we deem to be unusable, we will contact you before casting. In this case, we can offer you the option to try again with a new wax ball, free of charge, but we will need to charge for the courier fees.
Please note that, as we use a third party courier, we cannot be held accountable should any damages occur during transit.

Care Instructions
Here are some guidelines to help you get the longest possible life out of your jewellery pieces.
Our jewellery is made in solid precious metals. We advise you to take care with your jewellery when performing activities that could put it at extra risk, for example sports or certain physical work activities. Metals can be scratched or even dented with impact and chains can be hooked and broken.
To increase longevity, we recommend that you take the items off to sleep, exercise, shower or swim, or when working with chemicals or abrasive equipment.
HOW OUR PROCESS WORKS

Step 1: Create Your Impression
Order your ROHO heritage jewellery and receive an impression wax kit with a link to our instructional video. Follow the video guide to shape the wax into your desired fingerprint impression. Whether it's a single, double-sided, or a uniquely sculpted piece with multiple prints, the price remains the same.

Step 2: We Craft Your Jewellery
Once your impression is complete, we’ll collect the kit from you. Using the time-honored technique of lost wax casting, we meticulously replicate your fingerprint’s contours and texture in your chosen precious metal. This process takes at least 14 days, but we promise it’s worth the wait.

Step 3: Receive Your Keepsake
Your finished jewellery is delivered to your door, safely packaged inside a beautiful bamboo box. Your jewellery piece is a timeless keepsake and family heirloom to cherish forever. ROHO Heritage: Keep your loved ones close.
