ROHO offers a more modern take on a signet ring and it's a great option for men too. What better way to remember your loved one than by wearing their fingerprint impression where you can always see it?
A small size print will give a more dainty feel, whereas a larger size will be a little more bold and chunky. NOTE: the size options only refer to the size of the print impression, not the size of your finger. We will send you a ring sizer to determine the size of the ring shank in your kit.
The kit comes in an eco-conscious and carefully curated bamboo and linen gift box, which is yours to keep once the final product has been delivered. Inside is a card with a link to full instructions and everything you need to create your heirloom piece. Once you have captured the print that you love, our courier will collect it from you and we will manufacture and perfect your jewellery piece, returning it to you once it's finished.
Please note: Kits needs to be returned back to us within 6 months to start the casting process. Kits sent later then 6 months may incur inflation fees.
Babies' fingerprints take a while to develop and with most children can only be captured from 12 months onwards - however, every child is different. See our FAQ HERE for more information.

All products are made in your choice of sterling silver, 9ct yellow gold, or yellow or rose gold vermeil. The gold vermeil products are a sterling silver base, micron-plated with the gold of your choice.
Necklaces include a quality Italian-manufactured chain with a lobster clasp. The chain is in the same metal choice as the pendant.

Shipping is a flat R120.00 and that includes delivery of the kit, return mailer to our studio, and delivery of the final product back to you. If there are any changes to address during the process, or, in the case of a gift, the final product is to go to a different address, please just contact us to let us know in good time.
Unfortunately, due to the personal nature of the product, we are not able to accept returns. This is why it is so important that you are happy with the look of your print before we cast it. We are very happy to advise you if you are unsure - send us a picture and we will happily help. If you do send a print that we deem to be unusable, we will contact you before casting it. In this case, we can offer you the option to try again with a new wax ball, free of charge, but we will need to charge for the courier fees.
Should the product or chain break, please contact us and we will assess and see what we can do to help.
Please note that, as we use a third party courier, we cannot be held accountable should any damages occur during transit.

Our jewellery is made in solid precious metals, so technically it is indestructible. However, we have to bear in mind that nothing is truly indestructible and even a diamond can crack when knocked at the wrong angle. With that in mind, we urge you to take care with your jewellery when performing activities that could put it at extra risk, for example sports or even certain work activities. Metals can be scratched or even dented with impact and chains or earrings can be hooked and broken.
The solid silver and gold options can be worn in general daily life without a need to take them off to sleep, shower or swim. However, the vermeil options are more susceptible to damage from scratching, ongoing rubbing, or even cleaning chemicals and perfumes. We do use the highest quality vermeil, but even this won't last forever. To increase longevity, we therefore recommend that you take the items off to sleep, exercise, shower or swim, or when working with chemicals or abrasive equipment. The good news is that we can replate your jewellery when the need does arise. Unfortunately once your jewellery is in your care, we can no longer take responsibility for damages to it.
